Stephen Bonanno Sandals has been making their original hand crafted 100% leather sandals since 1963. Stephen’s sister Vivian and her husband, Domenick opened the first Stephen Bonanno Signature Stores in Stuart in May of 2004, and I'm very excited about opening the 2nd one.

I was always told that if I was going to do something, do something that you love and are passionate about. I fell in love with Stephen Bonanno Sandals when I first moved to Stuart in 2005. As friends would come to visit, Stephen Bonanno Sandals in Historic Downtown Stuart was always one of our must-stop shops. Soon, all of my out of town friends owned at least one pair of Stephen Bonanno Sandals and also fell in love with them I spoke to Vivian and Domenick about opening a boutique, and in May 2008 they called. My dream had come true!

Still family owned and operated, what makes our company so unique is that all the sandals are hand crafted in Stuart and can be custom sized for that hard to fit foot in an endless array of color combinations. We even have a repair department onsite in the factory that can take care of repairing and resoling your Bonannos. Adults sizes range from 5-14 and kids range from 8-4. We'll have a great in stock sandal selection for instant gratification as well!

The Palm Beach Classic Sandal (a.k.a. Navajo) was originally designed and hand made by Stephen's Parents, Benny and Eva Bonanno with shoe designer Luigi Pucillo in the early 1960's for Jack Kennedy and became the rage. In June of 2002, Oprah Winfrey featured the Emma Classic Monogram on her Top 10 ""O List" with a full page spread in her Magazine.

While there were several imitations on the market today, there is only one original Stephen Bonanno Sandals.

We will be featuring great Resort Wear to compliment the sandals with lines including Vineyard Vines, Tailor New York, Castaway, Bolle Sunglasses and so much more.
